Refund Policy

GrowHaven Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality consulting services and digital resources. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Consulting Services

Due to the time, preparation, and expertise involved, consulting fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Discovery calls beyond any free introductory session

  • Strategy sessions, audits, assessments, or planning work

  • Ongoing consulting engagements or retainers

If a refund is approved prior to the start of services, any administrative or processing fees may be deducted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments may be forfeited

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Digital Products & Downloadable Materials

All sales of digital products, templates, workbooks, or downloadable resources are final and non-refundable, as these materials are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Workshops, Programs, & Events

Refund eligibility for workshops, group programs, or events (virtual or in-person) will be outlined in the specific registration or purchase agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • No refunds are provided once the program or event has started

  • Access may be transferred to a future session at our discretion

Future Software or Subscription Services

If GrowHaven Consulting offers subscription-based software or online platforms in the future:

  • Subscription terms, billing cycles, and refund eligibility will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods unless required by law

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Failure to deliver services due to circumstances solely within our control

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and future access.
